Shipping policy
- For orders purchased within the UK, we give you the option of Standard 2nd Class Royal Mail tracked and signed for service or 24hr Express with ParcelForce. Most of our stock is dispatched the same day or the next working day. When this is not possible, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 days at the very least (if you ordered at a weekend for example).
- If we have to order a product in for you, or if there is a delay, you will be contacted with a clear time frame of when we expect the product to come back into stock.
- Please allow 7 days for your delivery to arrive before contacting us.
- In the event of your delivery not arriving , please contact info@farmbarn.org
- We would love to ship worldwide, however, due to the current issues surrounding Covid-19 delays, we have taken the decision to refuse all international parcels at this time.
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking confirmation email - providing you have given us your contact details. If there is a delay with your parcel for any reason after we have posted the order, we will NOT be able to refund you until Royal Mail or ParcelForce issue a reason for non delivery - in this event, the parcel will make its way back to us and you will be refunded.
- It is the buyers responsibility to track the parcel, however, if you are having an issue, we will be more than happy to help you in clearing any problems.
